Since tickets are a one of a kind item and not replaceable there are No Refunds, Exchanges, or Cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us.

Tickets can only be returned on a consignment basis where you would get 100% of the amount that we resell them for, up to the amount that you paid for them.

All prces are guaranteed at he time the orderis CONFIRMED by ticketconnection.com.

Online orders placed after 5:00 CST weekdays or on weekends may not be processed until the next working day.

When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Tickets can not be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that hard stock tickets are heat sensative and that direct sunlight and or heat can damage the tickets.

If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of God ( rained out, earthquake, flood, etc.), strike or lockout we will provide a full refund for the amount you paid for the tickets. Any shipping charges incurred are not refundable.

If an event is postponed the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show or performance. New tickets will not need to be reissued. If you cannot make the new date we will accept the tickets back on a consignment basis only. Tickets can only be returned on a consignment basis where you would get 100% of the amount that we resell them for, up to the amount that you paid for them. We do not guarantee that they will be resold.

In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event no refunds will be made. You must exchange the tickets at the ballpark or stadium for a seat to a future game that is available.

Events taking place within Texas or the Chicago city limits will have tax added to the order. Shipping charges are calculated based on location and method.

Since tickets are bought and sold on the open market, prices are subject to change at any time.
