Since tickets are a one of kind item and not replaceable there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us.
Tickets can only be returned on a consignment basis where you would get 100% of the amount that we resell them for, up to the amount that you paid for them.
All prices are guaranteed at the time the order is CONFIRMED by ticketconnection.com.
Internet orders placed after 5 PM CST on weekdays or weekends may not be processed until the next working day.
When you receive your tickets keep, keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.
If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of God (rained out, earthquake, flood, etc), strike or lockout we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
If any even is postponed, the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show. New tickets will not need to be issued. If you cannot make the new date, we will accept the tickets back from you on a consignment basis only. You would receive 100% of the amount that we sell them for up to the price that you paid. We do not guarantee that they will be resold.
In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event no refunds will be made. You must exchange the ticket at the ballpark for a seat to the future game that is still available.
Events taking place within Texas or the Chicago city limits will have tax added to the order. Shipping charges are calculated based on the location and method.
Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market, prices are subject to change at any time.
Internet sales are not in real time; therefore, all tickets are subject to availability and change.
Ticket availability and prices quoted are subject to change without notice.

- We will contact you if the tickets you ordered are no longer available or if we are unable to fill the order as you requested.
- We may offer you alternate seats if the original seats you requested are not available. We may also direct you back to our online ordering site to review current inventory.
